I feel like I'm 80. Since the day I decided to go up and down hundreds of stairs, my knees have been aching when I go up and down even just one flight.
I've wanted to go in the hot tub, but it keeps raining. I'm sure I did major damage to my knees from being so overweight for so long. I'm sure when I'm done losing weight, I'll be able to do much better on the stairs. It's too bad, though.
I tried to be really good about putting only good things into my body yesterday, but I still managed to squeak in something not so good. We went out to dinner, and the original place we picked just ignored us forever, so we went to Margaritas. By the time we were there, I was starving, and I had chips and queso while we waited for our food.
I shouldn't have had the queso fundido. I need to make sure I don't let myself get so hungry that I make bad choices while I'm waiting for my salad to come. :)
I'm eating out tonight for a networking event, and I'm hoping the meal is healthy. I have no idea what it is. Chicken something... I think I'll be sure to have a salad before going, so that if the options aren't healthy, I'll just eat in moderation.

Sorry your knees are bothering you... you have a mini hot tub in your bathroom, maybe you can soak in that...
